THE WHOLENESSS OF YOU

PSYCHOTHERAPY PRACTICE

UKCP Registered Neurolinguistic Psychotherapist and a Clinical Hypnotherapist

In coaching we explore what is really motivating you to achieve and then noticing how you enable your success and perhaps how you might be sabotaging your own success.

We know, for example, that motivation provides the impetus for, and sustains you as you progress toward achieving your medium and long term goals. It is like a “marathon” muscle and is built for endurance.

Will-power acts like a “sprint” muscle. It will get you over short term hurdles but will not sustain you over a distance course.

Which muscle you develop in coaching depends on what your goals are and the degree of challenge that each presents.

These are some of the in which areas I coach:

Preparation

Preparing for a new role - a promotion or a new job or maybe a career change.

Getting you on track for meeting the stretches and challenges ahead so that you can step up to your new future without breaking your step.
Stress
Stress is accepted as a norm and sometimes held as a badge of honour.

Building your personal resilience can help you become more flexible and bounce back under pressure so you can continue to thrive in spite of the chaos around you.

Self - Esteem

Self-confidence and self-esteem can take a big knock when we feel undermined or overlooked or stressed.

Finding a safe and accepting space to confront, explore and resolve issues can help you recognise what does and what does NOT belong to you, so you can recover your balance, your equilibrium and your presence.

Return To Work

Returning to work after a break – maternity/paternity leave, after a period of sickness or after redundancy - can be exciting, scary, disorientating or maybe all of the above.

Providing the time and space to remind yourself of who you are, what’s really important to you and why you work so you can get you back into your stride and pick up familiar rhythms without missing a beat.
