HOW DO I START?

THE WHOLENESSS OF YOU

PSYCHOTHERAPY PRACTICE

UKCP Registered Neurolinguistic Psychotherapist and a Clinical Hypnotherapist

If you would like to investigate therapy a little more then please contact me by phone or email.

When you decide that you want to start therapy, then we will arrange a 30-40 minute confidential chat over the phone at a time convenient for you. I do not charge for this.

This gives you the opportunity to say what's happening in your life, and this may be the first time you have heard your own words spoken aloud; to ask any questions you have about therapy or the therapeutic process; and, very importantly, to get a sense if I am the right therapist for you.

It gives me the opportunity to hear both what is going on for you and how you are being affected and also to start to appreciate how I might be able to help and support you.

At this stage you may know what you are hoping to achieve from therapy, or you may not. Either case is fine.

There is no commitment to continue at this point and you can decide not to progress further..

“This is the day to leave the dark behind you, take the adventure, step beyond the hearth, shake off at last the shackles that confined you and find the courage for the forward path.”
